Within our Palmerston North workshop, we have a range of machining gear to support customers with a vast range of repair, maintenance and project work engineering.

Some projects we have worked on are flood gate repair and manufacture, manufacture of weed grills, impeller development and balancing for fish friendly pumps, adapter flange to allow alternative pump options within an existing plant set up, rebuilt the infeed roller assembly for a regional sawmill, redesign and manufacture of gravity gates for flood mitigation.  

Our experienced welders have a wealth of knowledge of weld overlay techniques for mig, tig, stick, aluminium, stainless steel, bronze and cast-iron welding.

Our welding services include:

• Hard face build ups utilising a variety of wires depending on the components application
• Worn component build ups utilising best practice to reduce distortion and stresses
• Welding of broken components restoring to "as new"
• Electrode arc welding
• Mig welding - stainless steel, aluminium, steel, hard facing
• Tig welding - stainless steel, aluminium, steel, hard facing, cast iron

We work with customers to manufacture and fabricate a variety of products.  Working with customers to develop specifications, designs and confirmation before manufacturing. We manufacture project one offs and runs. A one stop engineering shop, saving time and money for our customers.
