Pneumatic Vibrators
OLI pneumatic vibrators are a simple, effective way to improve material flow through hoppers, silos, bins, chutes and pipes. They use compressed air to create vibration that helps break up bridging, prevent build-up and keep powders, granules and other bulk materials moving.
Pneumatic vibrators are also well suited to concrete compaction and applications where an electric vibrator isn't practical.
OLI pneumatic vibrators include OR roller vibrators and OT turbine vibrators, with different models available to suit the application and level of vibration required.

K Pneumatic Linear Vibrator
OLI pneumatic vibrators use compressed air to improve material flow and prevent blockages and material build-up in hoppers, silos, bins, chutes and other equipment.
They are used for applications including bulk material handling, powder and granule processing and concrete compaction, with different vibrator types available to suit the material, equipment and application.
OR Pneumatic Vibrator
The OLI OR Series Roller Vibrators are a reliable solution for improving material flow in silos, hoppers, pipes and chutes, as well as compacting concrete. Their high frequency vibration helps prevent blockages and keep materials moving efficiently.
Designed for easy installation, OR vibrators can be fitted without drilling into hopper, chute or pipe walls, making them ideal for existing systems and machinery. A practical retrofit solution for reducing downtime and improving process performance.
OT Pneumatic Vibrator
The OT pneumatic vibrators generate a high frequency vibration as they have a higher rotation speed and are ideal to compact concrete where a particularly smooth and porosity free surface finish is required.
They can also be used on processing lines of the food industry, transport of powders and granules, compaction, for hopper emptying and discharge of the various material from silos, channels, chutes and pipes. They are also quieter making them suitable for indoor applications.
