MAGBASE MAGNETIC VIBRATOR MOUNT
MagBase provides a quick and flexible way to add vibration to steel equipment without welding or drilling.
Using powerful rare earth magnets, MagBase holds a compatible pneumatic vibrator securely against the equipment surface. It can be positioned and repositioned to find the best mounting location, making it useful for temporary applications, seasonal use, testing or maintenance.
MagBase is suited to equipment such as hoppers, silos, bins, chutes and concrete formwork, where vibration can help improve material flow, prevent build-up or assist with concrete compaction.
Compatible with OLI OR100 and OT36S pneumatic vibrators.
MagBase Mounting Bracket
The magnetic mounting bracket securely attaches a pneumatic vibrator to steel equipment without drilling, welding or permanent modifications. Ideal for temporary installations, plant trials, maintenance and concrete moulds, it installs and repositions in seconds.
Made from 304 stainless steel with high strength magnets, it attaches to hoppers, silos, bins, chutes, formwork and other ferromagnetic surfaces allowing one vibrator between multiple machines and applications.
OR100 Pneumatic Vibrator
The OLI OR100 is a compact, high-frequency pneumatic roller vibrator for improving material flow and preventing build-up in hoppers, silos, chutes and other equipment.
Used with MagBase, the OR100 can be quickly positioned on steel equipment without welding or drilling, making it ideal for temporary applications, testing or where permanent mounting isn't required.
OT Pneumatic Vibrator
The OLI OT36S is a high frequency pneumatic turbine vibrator for improving material flow and preventing build up in hoppers, silos, chutes and pipes. Its quieter operation makes it suitable for indoor applications and it can also be used for concrete compaction.
Used with MagBase, the OT36S can be quickly positioned on steel equipment without welding or drilling. Ideal for temporary applications, testing or when permanent mounting isn't required.
