Aerators
OLI aerators are used to improve the flow of powders and bulk materials by introducing air into storage and handling equipment. They can help prevent bridging, rat-holing and material build-up, making it easier to discharge materials from hoppers, silos and bins.
Aerators are available in different designs to suit different materials, equipment and applications. The range includes VBSI aerators, U aerators and I100 aerators.
VBSI Aerator
The OLI VBSI Aerator improves the flow of dry, fine powders in silos, hoppers and pipes, helping prevent bridging and rat holing.
Featuring a food and pharmaceutical grade stainless steel stem, the VBSI is ideal for applications where internal silo access is difficult or impossible. Its one way directional airflow promotes efficient powder discharge and improved material flow.
U Aerators
The U Aerator Nozzle provides a constant injection of low pressure air to improve the flow of fine, dry powders and prevent bridging and rat holing.
Externally mounted for easy retrofitting, it's ideal for silos, hoppers, big bag emptying and filter cleaning, making it well suited for materials such as cement and lime.
I100 Fluidisation Pad
The OLI I100 Aeration Pads are a simple, effective way to keep powders moving through silos and hoppers. They help prevent bridging, rat holing and build up by gently fluidising dry materials for reliable discharge. Compact, durable and easy to install, I100 pads help keep cement, lime and other fine powders flowing while reducing downtime.
